1. DENOMINAZIONE DELLA MANIFESTAZIONE:

3. AMMISSIONE, DISCIPLINE E TESSERAMENTO: L'ammissione e' libera. Tutti i concorrenti devono essere in regola con il tesseramento AICW 2014 (che è comprensivo dell’assicurazione RC valida per tutto l’anno solare 2014 come richiesto dalla Normativa Federale) e con il tesseramento FIV 2014. Su quest'ultima tessera deve essere obbligatoriamente presente la dicitura "visita medica B", comprovante la visita medica agonistica, e la data di scadenza della visita medica stessa. E’ fatto OBBLIGO ai Soci di essere in regola con il tesseramento FIV-AICW entro le 48 ore antecedenti le regate. Non saranno accettate iscrizioni FIV-AICW in loco. Eventuali stranieri saranno estrapolati dalla classifica finale.
4. VALIDITA' DEL CAMPIONATO E CATEGORIE: Si redigeranno classifiche per le seguenti categorie: * Maschile; * Femminile; * Masters (nati dal 1978 al 1969), estrapolata dalla generale; * Grandmasters (nati nel 1968 e anni precedenti), estrapolata dalla generale; * Youth (Under20 fino al 2002), estrapolata dalla generale; * maschile pesi leggeri sino a 75 kg, estrapolata dalla generale.
Ai fini dell’assegnazione del titolo Master o GRAND Master si specifica che sono due titoli separati e non cumulabili. Le categorie hanno validità con la partecipazione di almeno tre concorrenti della categoria in questione. La validità di ogni singola tappa è subordinata alla disputa di almeno una prova sull’arco delle giornate di regata.
5. REGOLAMENTI: La Regata verrà disputata applicando: le “REGOLE” come definite nelle Regole di Regata dell’ISAF 2013/2016 (RRS) compresa l’Appendice B - Normativa FIV per l’Attività Velico Sportiva in Italia * Appendice A per la Classe Formula Windsurfing relativa alla suddivisione dei pesi leggeri; * Bando di regata; * Istruzioni di regata e loro eventuali modifiche.
6. STAZZE E MATERIALI: Per quanto concerne i materiali, al campionato sarà possibile partecipare con una tavola di produzione di serie contenuta nell'elenco fornito dalla Classe Internazionale Formula Windsurfing. Relativamente alle altre attrezzature, devono essere dichiarate tre vele con dimensione massima 12.5 mq per la categoria maschile e 11.0 mq per le categorie femminile e juniores; tre pinne che non devono essere più lunghe di 700 mm. Il materiale dichiarato potrà essere sottoposto a timbratura. Il Comitato di Regata si riserva la possibilità di effettuare controlli casuali per verificare l'effettiva rispondenza tra il materiale utilizzato in regata e quanto dichiarato sul modulo di iscrizione. Non saranno effettuati controlli ufficiali di stazza, ma, in caso di contestazioni, potrà essere richiesto l'intervento di uno stazzatore, e il costo dell'operazione verrà addebitato al perdente la protesta.
7. LIMITE DEL VENTO: Il limite del vento per la FW non deve mai scendere sotto i 7 nodi durante le procedure di partenza, mentre durante la regata sarà esclusiva discrezione del Comitato di Regata determinare se le condizioni siano sufficienti per proseguire la competizione.
8. SALVAGENTE: E' fatto obbligo a tutti i concorrenti di indossare un idoneo giubbotto salvagente. Tale obbligo non può tuttavia costituire oggetto di protesta tra i concorrenti. Il Presidente del Comitato di regata e gli UdR potranno applicare la regola 69 del regolamento FIV nel caso vengano ravvisate situazioni non corrette.
9. PROVE PREVISTE: Verrà disputato un massimo di quattro prove al giorno, in relazione alle condizioni locali, a discrezione del Comitato di Regata. Ai fini degli scarti di tappa: da 1 a 3 tappe 0 scarti; da 4 a 6 tappe 1 scarto; da 7 a 8 tappe 2 scarti di tappe.
10. PROGRAMMA: I concorrenti dovranno essere a disposizione del Comitato di Regata alla mattina del primo giorno di regata per lo Skipper's meeting delle 12:30, orario collocato all'Albo ufficiale dei comunicati entro le ore 20.00 del giorno precedente. Durante lo Skipper's meeting di ogni giorno verrà comunicato il programma orientativo della giornata. Tuttavia, nessuna prova potrà avere inizio dopo le ore 16.30 dell’ultimo giorno di regata. Per ogni singola tappa si prega di prendere contatti con il Delegato Zonale e con il Circolo Organizzatore. L’orario previsto per il segnale di avviso della prima prova è fissato alle ore 13:30.
11. SISTEMA DI PUNTEGGIO: Verrà applicato il vigente regolamento ISAF al 1°concorrente 1 punto, al secondo concorrente 2 punti e così via. A modifica di WCR Appendice A2, il punteggio di ogni serie di regate deve essere il totale dei punteggi maturati nelle prove, applicando i seguenti scarti: da 1 a 3 prove 0 scarti, da 4 a 6 prove 1 scarto, da 7 a 10 prove 2 scarti, oltre 11 prove 3 scarti.
12. ISTRUZIONI DI REGATA: Saranno a disposizione dei concorrenti all'atto dell'iscrizione.
13. ISCRIZIONI E QUOTE: E’ obbligatoria una prescrizione entro e non oltre la mezzanotte di mercoledì 10 settembre al Circolo Organizzatore. Si consiglia di iscriversi sul sito http://Domaso4FW.yachtclubdomaso.org, in alternativa si può mandare una mail (presente al punto 2).
Tutti i soci in regola con il tesseramento potranno versare, SALVO DIVERSI AVVISI TRASMESSI AI SOCI STESSI, la quota di iscrizione pari a 20 euro al giorno di regata, ad ogni singolo Circolo. Quanti vorranno iscriversi il giorno stesso della regata potranno farlo, ad insindacabile giudizio del Circolo organizzatore. NON SONO ACCETTATE PER RAGIONE ALCUNA COMUNICAZIONI ORALI O TELEFONICHE.
Tutte le iscrizioni dovranno poi essere ratificate, salvo diverso avviso emanato dagli organizzatori, presso la segreteria delle competizioni nella sede delle regate, completando i propri dati, dalle ore 9.00 alle 11:30 prima dello Skipper meeting.
I soci che, per qualsiasi motivo, intendono disdire la loro partecipazione, devono inviare comunicazione per e-mail al circolo organizzatore della tappa in questione, i cui recapiti di posta elettronica sono indicati al punto 2 del presente bando, ENTRO E NON OLTRE LE ORE 24:00 DEL GIORNO 11 SETTEMBRE.
Si comunica inoltre che e' tassativamente proibito far ratificare la presenza alle regate da colleghi, amici o terze persone. E non sarà ugualmente concesso di trasferire, per qualsiasi motivo, la quota di iscrizione da un socio a un altro o da una regata alla successiva. E’ possibile partecipare anche ad un solo giorno di regata pagando interamente la quota di iscrizione.
14. PUBBLICITA': Ai sensi della Regulation 20 ISAF, si comunica che potrà essere esposta pubblicità sulle vele (AICW-Sponsor) e sulle pettorine dei concorrenti (Regulation 20.3). I concorrenti dovranno essere in regola con la licenza personale di pubblicità come da normativa FIV vigente. Tale obbligo non puo' tuttavia costituire oggetto di protesta tra i concorrenti.
15. MEDIA: Con l'iscrizione a una regata ogni concorrente concede automaticamente agli organizzatori il diritto perpetuo di realizzare, utilizzare e mostrare, in qualsiasi occasione e a discrezione dei medesimi, ogni registrazione audio, immagine fotografica, filmato, ripresa video e TV in diretta o registrata, effettuati durante la suddetta regata alla quale prede parte, senza compenso alcuno. La presenza in acqua di barche di appoggio per i media, così come per gli allenatori o responsabili delle squadre, deve essere autorizzata dal Comitato di Regata.
16. RESPONSABILITA': I Circoli organizzatori declinano ogni eventuale responsabilità per eventuali danni causati a persone o cose sia in mare che in terra.

  • All Italian competitors must comply to the AICW 2014 membership (which includes insurance for the solar year as is requested by the Federal Rules) and FIV 2014 membership, medical visit type B.
  • For the Italian athletes admission to the regattas will not be allowed on the presentation of a valid medical certificate at the time of inscription. Competitors MUST have the memberships in advance of 48 hrs before the regatta. No inscriptions to the FIV-AICW will be done on site.
  • Non Italian athletes must have their memberships of national class association in order.
  • Non Italian athletes must provide a valid insurance policy of civil responsibility with a maximum sum payable by insurers of one million euro.
    • 4.  VALIDITY OF CUPS AND RANKINGS: Rakings will be compiled for the following categories:*Female; *Open Overall Man; extrapolated from the general:*Masters (1969-1978),*Grandmasters (born in 1968 and previous years); *Male light weights up to 75Kg; *Youth (born 1995 or later). Categories are valid with the participation of at least 3 competitors of the category in question.
    4.1 The regatta is valid for the Italian Cup. The Italian ranking will be extrapolated from the general ranking.
    4.2 The final classification for the European Cup, apart from the categories indicated in point 4.0 will be in common.
    4.3 The assignment of event is subject to the participation of at least one trial during the days of the regatta.
    5. REGULATIONS: Regattas will be conducted under:*ISAF 2013-2016 regulations with particular reference to the supplementary provisions, including all changes, in particular the Appendix B;*Regulations of ‘Formula Windsurfing International Class’ In act;*Appendix A for the Formula Windsurfing Class relevant to the division of the Light Weights; *Announcement of Regatta; * The regatta’s instruction and eventual changes.
    6.   MEASUREMENTS AND MATERIALS: Regarding materials, it is possible to participate with a  series production board included in the list provided by the Formula Windsurfing International class.  Regarding the remaining equipment, three sails with maximum dimensions of 12.5sqm for males and 11.0sqm for females and youths have to be declared; three fins that mustn’t emerge from below the hull by more than 700 mm. The declared material may be subjected to stamping. The regatta committee reserve the possibility to verify the effective corresponding between material declared at the inscription and the material in use during the regatta.  There will be no official measurement controls, however, in case of a contestation the intervention of a measurer may be requested, and the cost of this operation will be debited to the losing part.
    7. WIND SPEED: Wind speed taken from a drifting boat mustn’t decrease below 7 knots during the procedure, while during the race is at the discretion of the Regatta Committee.
    8. LIFEJACKETS: Competitors are obliged to wear  "personal flotation device" as specified in Class Rules. This requirement cannot be a subject of a protest between competitors. The regatta’s committee’s President and the UdR can apply the regulation of the FIV rule n° 69 in the case of incorrect situations.
    9. TRIALS PLANNED: There will be a maximum of four trials per day, depending on local conditions, at discretion of the regatta committee.
    10. PROGRAMME: Competitors have to inscribe during the morning of the first day (from 9:00 to 11:30), after that they  have to remain available for the skipper’s meeting (12:30).
    10.1 During the daily skipper’s meeting an indicative program will be given for the day. However no trial can take place after 16:30 of the last day of the regatta.
    10.2 All competitors are obliged to be present at the skipper’s meeting due to the fact that any variation in the regatta’s instruction could be communicated.
    11. POINT SYSTEM: The current ISAF regulations will be applied (lowest score). A change to WCR regulations Appendix A2: the score of every series of regattas have to be the total of the points matured during the trials, applying the following discards: from 1 to 3 trials 0 deviations, from 4 to 6 trials 1 discard, from 7 to 10 trials 2 discards, from 11 trials 3 discards.
    12. REGATTA INSTRUCTIONS: will be available at the inscription.
    13. REGISTRATIONS AND FEES: It is mandatory a pre-inscription before 23:59 of 10 September 2014, after that moment a penalty of 10,00 euro will be applied. The inscription fee is of 60,00 euro. The organization prefers to have the pre-inscription through the website http://domaso4FW.yachtclubdomaso.org (soon available online). Otherwise it is possible to send an e-mail at yachtclubdomaso@gmail.com with name and sail number.
    13.1 For no reason are oral and telephonic communications accepted.
    13.2 Competitors who, for any reason, wont to cancel their participation must send a communication to the organizing club, the e-mail address is available at the point 2 of the present announcement, before 23.59 hrs of the 11 September 2014.
    13.3 All the inscriptions must be ratified, unless otherwise advised by the organizers at the office on site of the regattas, before 11:30 of the first day of regattas completing their data.
    13.4 At 11:30, unless otherwise stated by the organization, the inscriptions will be considered closed and no other athlete will be admitted to the regatta, independent of the cause of the delay, personal or of consequence out of personal control, or to the fact that they were immediately communicated. Competitors can take part, paying the inscription fee, in only one or two days of the regatta, accepting the DNS results in the trials they are not in.
    13.5 It is prohibited to ratify the regattas inscription  by colleagues, friends or third parties.
    13.6 For Italians competitor is mandatory to apply the adhesive of the AICW and relative sponsors, if not the UdR can apply the rule 69.
    14. PUBLICITY: In base on the regulation 20 ISAF we communicate that the organization can ask to put publicity on the sails and on lifejackets of the competitors. (regulation 20.3)
    15. MEDIA: with the inscription to a regatta every competitor automatically grants the right to the organization to made audio registrations, photographs, footage, video recording and television live or recorded taking during the regatta for no fee. The presence of boats for the media as for the trainers and team managers must be authorized by the regatta committee.
    16. RESPONSIBILITY: The club organization decline any responsibility for any eventual damage caused by people or things both in sea and land.
